Seafood Veggie Casserole
(Serves 4)
1 can (19-oz.) New England Clam Chowder (any brand is OK)
1 can (6¼ oz.) tuna, drained (or substitute canned shrimp or crab meat, or
mix'n'match)
1 package (16-oz.) frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup (4-oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, reduced sodium
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In an 8x8 inch baking dish, combine all ingredients except the cheese. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
