Apple Crisp
5 small baking apples, peeled and thinly sliced
¾ cup raisins
½ cup cooked oatmeal
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Mix the sliced apples and raisins in a casserole dish. In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, flour, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle the oatmeal mixture over the apples, and work it in with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the apples are tender. Serve warm.
