Burgers, Anyone?
I don't know of anyone who doesn't enjoy burgers now and again, especially those juicy quarter-pound burgers! If you're trying to watch your diet, however, how do you know which type of meat you should use?
Believe it or not, substituting commercially ground chicken or turkey may not be the best choice, as it often contains skin and added fat. The Mayo Clinic has provided a useful comparison table, based on 6 ounces of raw meat (6 oz. raw = ¼ lb. cooked).
